We are looking for an experienced, energetic Recruitment Officer to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month contract. This role is central to delivering high-quality recruitment services across the district, supporting hiring managers and ensuring compliance with NSW Health policy and legislative requirements. About the Role

In this role, you will:

* Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes in line with NSW Health policy and legislation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
* Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
* Interpret policies and guidelines to provide clear advice and ensure compliance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support colleagues through knowledge sharing.

About You

* Experience in recruitment, administration, or a similar role in a high-volume, multi-disciplinary environment.
* Exceptional customer service and strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Ability to interpret and apply policy, legislation and procedures in practice.
* A growth mindset you love a challenge and bring strong emotional intelligence to your work.
