In this leadership role, you will drive sales performance, guide a talented team and help customers find the right place to call home, all while contributing to Stockland's purpose of creating better places and experiences for everyone.

We're Looking For a...

Sales Manager who is passionate about customer experience and community, confident working with data and market insights, and energised by leading a high performing sales team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of residential projects and work closely with colleagues across Development, Marketing, Design and Finance to deliver strong results in a sustainable, customer centred way.

What You'll Do

* Lead the end-to-end sales strategy and delivery for your portfolio of projects in Victoria, ensuring sales, revenue and settlement targets are achieved.
* Use market analysis and competitor insights to shape release, pricing and go to market strategies across retail and wholesale channels.
* Oversee day to day sales operations, including lead management, pipeline optimisation and CRM data quality, in line with Stockland's processes and controls.
* Manage product release and inventory, working with systems such as Terra and Salesforce to ensure the right product is available at the right time.
* Identify and manage settlement risks, supporting customers through to successful settlement.
* Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants, fostering a culture of customer excellence and performance that reflects Stockland's CARE values.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, builders and external partners to support commercial outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.

About You

You are an inclusive and commercially minded sales leader who enjoys working in a fast paced, customer focused environment. You are confident using data and insights to guide decisions, and you enjoy coaching others to perform at their best. You are looking for a role where you can combine strategic thinking, hands on sales leadership and a genuine connection to customers and community.

Experience & Skills That Count

* Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within residential property, land or related industries, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales and settlement targets.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with sales forecasting, reporting and planning to inform strategic decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a sales team, creating a positive, inclusive and performance focused culture.
* Experience using CRM and sales systems to manage pipelines, ensure data accuracy and support decision making.
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience, along with an individual real estate licence (or eligibility to obtain), and strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
