Are you an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technician looking for a stable day-shift role in a highly automated, modern manufacturing facility?
Our client, a well-established steel manufacturing plant in Darra, is seeking a skilled E&I Technician to join their maintenance team and support ongoing reliability, automation, and production uptime.
What You'll Be Doing
Fault finding, troubleshooting and repairing Siemens PLC-controlled machinery
Maintaining automated production lines, drives, motors, sensors, and instrumentation
Conducting preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance across the facility
Performing calibration, testing, and verification of instrumentation equipment
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Ensuring high safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained
Working collaboratively with fitters, electricians, and production teams
What We're Looking For
Qualified Electrician with solid instrumentation experience (dual-trade highly regarded)
Strong background in automation and Siemens PLC fault finding
Experience in industrial, steel, heavy manufacturing, or high-speed production environments
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs
Commitment to safe work practices and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communicator who works well within a high-performing maintenance team
