Early Childhood Teacher – Goulburn Prep Early Learning Centre
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative team at Goulburn Prep Early Learning Centre.

Role Requirements (Essential)
* Bachelor degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA approved)
* Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a regulated education and care service
* Strong knowledge and application of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Comprehensive understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Education and Care Services National Regulations
* Proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs for children aged 0–5 years
* Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting educators within a team environment
* Active involvement in Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) development and continuous improvement processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and parent engagement
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
* Full working rights in Australia
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs in line with EYLF
* Supervise and engage with children at all times to ensure safety and wellbeing
* Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and team members
* Contribute to a positive team culture and support continuous improvement practices
Employment Details
* Full-time or Part-time (up to 38 hours per week)
* Rotating shifts between 7:00am – 5:30pm
