Project Responsibilities And Objectives
* Develop and manage schedules, transition plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and customer deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
* Support bid responses by analysing tender data, writing project-related content, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Estimate project costs, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor project performance through metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage risk registers, and implement mitigation strategies to drive success.
