Role: Campaign and Content Specialist

The Campaign and Content Specialist is responsible for planning, briefing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns and content across digital channels. This role ensures that key promotions and marketing priorities are effectively translated into customer-facing content. The Campaign and Content Specialist sets campaign direction, prioritises messaging across banners and digital touchpoints, and drives performance through A/B testing. It also plays a central role in briefing, reviewing, and optimising content delivered by the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns in line with promotional activity and business priorities.
* Work closely with the Promotions & Planning team to translate trade plans into campaign briefs and digital priorities.
* Brief creative teams on messaging hierarchy, timing, and asset requirements across banners, homepage, website placements, EDMs.
* Prioritise content across limited real estate (e.g. homepage banners, category features) based on trade importance and business needs.
* Spearhead A/B testing strategies across emails, website banners and digital catalogue proposing creative or messaging variants and measuring performance.
* Write or refine campaign copy/messaging to support designers and ensure tone of voice and clarity.
* Use Klaviyo to schedule, send, and track email campaigns, coordinating with content and creative teams to meet deadlines.
* Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and internal dashboards to provide insights and recommendations.
* Contribute to campaign wrap-ups with key performance insights, learnings, and optimisation suggestions.
* Maintain visibility over campaign calendars and content schedules to ensure cohesive rollout.

Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a campaign or content-led marketing role, ideally within a retail, e-commerce, or fast-paced consumer environment.
* Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and content lifecycle management.
* Experience prioritising digital space and messaging based on trade strategy and business impact.
* Confident in briefing and working with creative and digital teams to bring campaign messaging to life.
* Working knowledge of Klaviyo for EDM scheduling, testing, and performance analysis. Competent in using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in refining messaging and tone of voice.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and moving parts while staying organised.
* Analytical mindset with an interest in testing, learning, and improving campaign results over time.
