Associate Territory Manager / Clinical Support – Spine
Sydney | Theatre-based | Career pathway into Medical Device Sales

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting complex spine procedures in theatre (this is real clinical exposure, not surface‐level)
* Working closely with surgeons and theatre staff across Sydney hospitals
* Assisting with case coverage, product setup, and troubleshooting in live environments
* Learning the commercial side of the role — how territories are built, grown, and won
* Being mentored by experienced Territory Managers with a clear pathway into a full sales role
What they're looking for:
* Clinical or allied health background (nursing, physio, OT, sports science, etc.)
* Comfortable in fast‐paced environments (theatre exposure is a bonus but not essential)
* Strong communication skills — you can build rapport quickly and hold your own
* Someone proactive, resilient, and a bit competitive (this isn't a passive role)
* Genuine interest in building a long‐term career in medical device sales
