Psychological Trauma Specialist
This role involves providing psychosocial interventions, support and counseling to individuals and organizations affected by critical incidents or organisational change.
About the Job
* Provide Critical Incident Response Services, including emergency response, critical incidents, planned support service, disaster response and incident support forums.
* Deliver Employee Counselling and Training and Consulting Services.
Requirements
* Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support and counseling.
* Relevant experience and minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services.
* Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Have a passion to help people and enjoy working flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management skills, report writing skills and your willingness to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude.
* Demonstrated ability and experience in delivering People Assist services (EAP, RRS).
* High level negotiation and facilitation skills.
* Work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
