About You:
* Admitted as a solicitor in NSW (or soon to be) with a minimum of 12 months' experience or more in CTP law (defendant or plaintiff or both)
* Strong research, technical, drafting, and advocacy skills combined with a strong commercial acumen and ability to offer practical relevant advice
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Ambitious, driven individual with a passion for excellence and a desire to learn from and be inspired by top professionals
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing expert legal advice on complex CTP and statutory insurance matters;
Managing large-scale claims and negotiating settlements with insurer clients;
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurer clients and internal partners;
Staying ahead of industry trends and developments to drive business growth and improvement.
