Lead the Sales team across several villages. We are looking for someone ready to leverage their real estate expertise in a more meaningful, lifestyle-focused sector. Your success will directly enhance people's retirement years.
We're looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager with sales leadership experience (ideally former principal, licensee or agency owner) to drive sales and occupancy across three established retirement communities, each with their own sales specialist.

Responsibilities
* Lead from the front: handle property enquiries, deliver inspiring village tours, negotiate contracts and secure settlements for premium retirement units
* Love to build and execute sales & marketing plans to generate strong leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
* Manage, mentor and motivate a small team of sales and marketing professionals — drawing on your experience leading agents or running an office
* Foster relationships with prospects, families, referral networks (e.g., financial advisors, health professionals) and the broader community
* Use your market savvy to track trends, competitors and KPIs to keep us competitive in the growing retirement living space
About you
We're especially interested if you have:
* Background as a real estate agency owner, principal or sales manager, where you've built teams, driven revenue and managed client relationships end-to-end
* Proven success in residential or lifestyle property sales (retirement/seniors living experience a bonus, but strong real estate fundamentals are key)
* Natural leadership style: you know how to motivate, coach and get results from a team (just like running your own office)
* Warm, empathetic approach to develop authentic connections with seniors and their families
* Strong negotiation, pipeline/CRM management and good business acumen
* Full driver's licence and flexibility to travel between three communities
