**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information
- Maintain organised client files and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare and review the necessary paperwork for loan processing
- Coordinate with lenders and other parties to facilitate the mortgage process
- Stay updated on mortgage products and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the process
**Requirements**:
- Year 12 Certificate or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with mortgage products and services is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable using various software
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
This role is ideal for someone who is quick thinker and has strong attention to detail.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
