ICT Procurement & Contracts Manager Queensland Health | eHealth Queensland The Role Join Queensland Health and play a key role in delivering critical digital health initiatives across the state. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end ICT procurement and contract management across complex, high-value technology environments. You will operate with autonomy, provide expert advice, and ensure contracts deliver strong commercial, performance, and compliance outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end ICT procurement activities, including tender development, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award Develop, manage, and administer ICT contracts and variations, ensuring alignment to KPIs and organisational requirements Oversee and coordinate tender documentation and evaluation processes Monitor and review supplier performance, including KPI tracking, contract compliance, and supplier categorisation Manage contract renewals and lifecycle activities to ensure continued alignment with business needs Establish and support Standing Offer Arrangements and sourcing strategies for enterprise-wide ICT systems Provide expert procurement and contract management advice to internal stakeholders and suppliers Undertake procurement reporting, market analysis, and performance tracking Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior stakeholders Contribute to the development of procurement strategies, policies, and best practice frameworks Support continuous improvement initiatives, aligning processes with ITIL, ITSM, ISO or similar standards Deliver or contribute to training and awareness initiatives relating to procurement and contract management About You (Essential) Proven experience in ICT / IT procurement (non-negotiable) Demonstrated experience running end-to-end tenders independently Strong experience in ICT contract development, management, and negotiation Experience managing supplier performance and contract compliance frameworks Ability to provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders Experience in government or highly regulated environments Highly Regarded Experience with QITC contracts Experience establishing Standing Offer Arrangements / panels Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, or ISO frameworks Background in health, government, or large enterprise ICT environments Why Apply? $1,000 per day super (strong market rate) Work on large-scale, high-impact digital health systems High visibility role with senior stakeholder engagement Immediate start with potential for extension Apply Now This role will move quickly.
