**About the Role**
As the Support Specialist in Radiotherapy you will work closely with the sales team and your clients will include physicians and physicists
- Perform installations of radiotherapy and radio surgery products in your assigned area as well as across Australia and New Zealand.
- Perform service and installations of radiotherapy/radio surgery products
- Independently perform troubleshooting and repairs
- Provide in office guidance and assistance to physicians and physicists maximizing efficiency
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance
- Deliver high level customer service
- Keep abreast of development
**About You**
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Physics or equivalent working experience
- Computer expertise and familiarity with hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of medical linear accelerator or x-ray imaging systems preferred (not essential)
- Full Australian drivers license and willingness to travel
- Developed time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously is a must
- Excellent verbal communication skills
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Package**: $70-80K base + Super + 18k Car Allowance plus fuel card + Bonus and WFH allowances
**Location: Brisbane**
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (flexibility required based on business needs)
