We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in a FIFO position on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for leading planning and execution of assigned mechanical work packages on site.
About this Role
* Lead planning and execution of assigned mechanical work packages on site
* Manage contract deliverables, reviewing contractor mechanical project documents and management plans
* Respond to technical queries promptly and provide practical mechanical solutions
* Investigate and resolve mechanical engineering issues, recommending best practice solutions
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in mechanical engineering/project delivery in site-based roles
* Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
* Prior experience in heavy lifting/erection and installation
* Previous construction experience within the renewables sector highly regarded
* Minimum full working rights is required for this position
