Reporting directly to the Agent Team Coordinator, your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. You pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.
In your new role, you will:
1. Deliver a great customer experience
2. Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia
3. Effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products
