Responsibilities include developing new products from concept to launch, improving existing products, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Reporting to the Innovation Manager, your duties will include:Partnering with marketing, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to manage projects from feasibility to launch, including developing timelines and target formulation costs.Identifying project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.Renovating and improving existing product ranges.Implementing cost-saving measures in product design and processes.Leading yield and quality improvements on-site.Conducting bench, pilot, and manufacturing trials, and reporting findings.Surveying new processing equipment and raw materials.Maintaining records and generating reports related to development projects.Staying informed on current food legislation relevant to the category.Performing other duties as required.The PersonWe seek a passionate individual with experience in a similar role.
