About You
The Recruitment Coordinator is a valuable member of the People and Culture Team and plays an instrumental role in discovering, attracting and recruiting candidates to various employment opportunities within Westhaven.
Key Responsibilities
* Focus on the end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle incorporating our EVP
* Delivery of strategic talent sourcing initiatives to attract and engage employees
* Support a positive and seamless candidate experience
* Manage recruitment activity with internal stakeholders
* Maintain up‑to‑date recruiting policies and procedures
* Provide support for developing and updating position descriptions
* Partner with stakeholders for workforce planning & resourcing
You Will Have
* Previous experience in end‑to‑end recruitment delivery or a related field desired
* Experience or knowledge in recruitment market conditions and trends
* Proven experience in providing administrative support including scheduling, data entry and document management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with key stakeholders
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Requirements of the Role
* Current NSW Driver's licence
* Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
* Willingness to undertake a pre‑employment police check
