We provide 24/7 supported accommodation and whole-person programs for people experiencing homelessness, addiction, trauma, mental health challenges, and domestic violence. Our focus isn't short-term fixes — it's long-term transformation through community, care, and connection.
We're now seeking a Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager
to work closely with our CEO and help build the funding partnerships that make this work possible.
This is a senior, relationship-led role for someone who can build trust, open doors, and engage philanthropists, corporate partners, and foundations who want to be part of a genuine solution to homelessness.
About the role
* Build and steward high-value philanthropic and corporate partnerships
* Develop a pipeline of major givers and values-aligned partners
* Create compelling partnership narratives and proposals
* Represent Sheltered by Grace in meetings and strategic conversations
* Secure sustainable, recurring funding to support growth and impact
**Role details
This is a contract role, paid via a week
ly retainer plus performance-based commission, wi
th flexibility, autonomy, and a direct connection between your work and real human
outcomes.
