Corporate Planning and Performance Lead Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Planning and Performance Lead to support strategic planning, performance reporting and business improvement functions.
This key leadership role will establish, embed and facilitate an integrated corporate planning and performance framework, driving strategic alignment, monitoring performance and enabling evidence-based decision making for effective delivery of organisational objectives and community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement integrated corporate planning and performance frameworks.
* Drive strategic alignment and performance management across the organisation.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate with executive leadership teams and management teams strategically and operationally.
Requirements:
* Graduate qualification in business administration, law, human resources or related discipline.
* Significant experience in integrated corporate planning, strategy and performance.
* Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage time and workload effectively.
* Advanced skills in business-related software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, report visualisation tools, digital collaboration tools).
