The Role
* Onboard new clients and understand their needs
* Sourcing, evaluating and securing properties in your primary region
* Researching, performing due diligence, and presenting properties in-line with client briefs
* Organising and attending inspections when required
* Liaising with the relevant conveyancers/solicitors, mortgage brokers, property managers and pest & building inspectors
* Negotiating on properties and executing contracts
* Coordinating pre-settlement inspections and managing the settlement process
* Nurturing clients and providing search updates throughout the buying process
* Fostering strong relationships with agents to secure properties on and off-market
* Deliver 5-star customer service
* Stay updated with market trends and relevant property news in your local market and beyond
General Admin:
* None, this is all handled by our back-office team or automated to make your life more efficient. You focus on clients and properties; we'll take care of the rest.
About You
* Strong knowledge of your local real estate market
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proven experience as a Buyers Agent or Buyers Agent Associate or Real Estate Agent
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients concurrently
* Team player that understands the big picture
* Proactive, driven, and confident
* Organised and efficient
