Controlworks is seeking a skilled Service Technician who is passionate about keeping building management systems safe, efficient, and reliable. In this role, you will visit client sites, troubleshoot faults, and ensure BMS, mechanical, fire, and security systems operate at their best. Your expertise will directly impact the performance and safety of the buildings you service.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and optimize BMS and associated systems across client sites.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on Controlworks maintained and, where possible, competitor's equipment.
* Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their infrastructure and needs.
* Provide accurate repair quotations and maintain detailed records in the CRM.
* Identify opportunities to enhance systems and support business growth.
We are looking for a proactive and professional technician with strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach. A background in BMS, building automation, or controls engineering is essential, along with a strong commitment to health, safety, and best practices on-site.
