The role of Office Administrator involves providing administrative support to the business, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

This includes taking and directing calls to relevant staff members, supporting the Accounts team with administration/data entry and the Property Management team with property administration.

You will also be responsible for arranging meeting rooms, coffee orders and office events, as well as general reception duties including stock control and maintaining a tidy and presentable area.

About You:

* Have a keen interest in real estate.
* Be open to growing and progressing from an admin position through the ranks.
* Have strong communication and attention to detail skills.
* Be computer literate and possess strong administration skills.
* Be a team player with a down-to-earth attitude, accountability and a sense of humour.
