We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of National Admissions Officer. This position plays a key part in ensuring seamless processing of applications for admission.
About the Role:
* This position involves assessing and processing domestic student applications with accuracy and efficiency.
* The successful candidate will provide guidance to stakeholders, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
* Data reports, training sessions, and written communications will be prepared to support admissions operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Processing: Assess and process domestic student applications accurately and within agreed timeframes.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high standard of service delivery.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare data reports, training sessions, and written communications to support admissions operations.
4. Operational Support: Support team operations through general administrative tasks and active participation in continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated administrative experience with strong communication (both oral and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using large corporate systems, with extensive knowledge of business support software, including word processing, spreadsheets, database management systems, and email.
* Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
* Proven knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures with ability to adhere to strict guidelines and make informed decisions.
* A degree with relevant experience, or extensive experience and expertise in technical or administrative fields, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
