Personal Care Assistant Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care to our elderly clients in their own homes. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores.
* Support clients to maintain their independence by accompanying them on outings for shopping, appointments, and community activities.
* Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Maintain client dignity and confidentiality at all times.
* Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviors or actions that compromise our values.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
* Completed Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or above.
* Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
* Current Australian driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
