Base pay range
A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive insurance sales, member onboarding, and outbound sales initiatives. In this role, you'll foster a high-performing team culture that actively promotes and cross-sells TMBL's products and services, with a strong focus on insurance and increasing product uptake.
You'll oversee both the New Membership and Insurance Specialist teams, working closely with the National Sales Manager – Everyday Banking to meet defined targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement sales strategies, tools, and programs to support team success
* Establish a consistent operating rhythm to ensure alignment and cohesion across teams
* Inspire, mentor, and challenge team members to meet and exceed performance goals
* Support team leaders in addressing performance gaps and driving a culture of engagement and achievement
* Set and manage sales and service metrics, targets, KPIs, and budgets
* Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives to support team development
* Use data-driven insights to recommend continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals
