Introduction
We're searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Heidelberg West and deliver outstanding service in every customer interaction. This is a casual role.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring that our customers receive a seamless service experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
* Booking service work and adjusting job schedules as necessary to accommodate changing requirements.
* Handling incoming calls, monitoring our shared mailbox, and taking appropriate actions to respond promptly and effectively.
* Processing service job sheets and customer purchase orders for equipment, coordinating shipping, installations, and commissioning processes.
* Supporting the wider National Customer Service Team by providing assistance and stepping in as needed, fostering a collaborative and unified approach.
* Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports as necessary to keep our processes transparent and effective.
* Playing an active role in championing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our National Service Centre.
Qualifications
* Customer interaction experience: Utilise your experience to handle customer inquiries, schedule service calls, and effectively resolve issues, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
* Effective communication: Employ your strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and establish strong rapport with customers.
* Excellent organisation skills: Showcase your exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise work effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
* Performance excellence: Experience in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to our team's success.
* Tech‐savvy: Demonstrate your proficiency in navigating computer systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Relationship building skills: Employ your interpersonal prowess to forge positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Positive customer‐centric approach: Contribute your enthusiastic and positive attitude to our customer service team, ensuring our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
