We're looking for a full-time Legal Secretary to join our Wills & Estates team. You'll help with estate planning, probate, and admin work, supporting our lawyers to deliver great client service.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare wills, powers of attorney, and probate forms
* Manage files and calendars
* Talk with clients with care and professionalism
* Help with billing and general admin
What You'll Need:
* 1+ years' legal secretary experience (ideally Wills & Estates)
* Good computer and typing skills (65+ WPM)
* Friendly attitude and strong attention to detail
* Experience with legal software (e.g., Affinity, Leap, Unity, PEXA)
