Key Responsibilities
* Motivating, leading and inspiring the recruitment team while nurturing a 'can do' culture and winning attitude;
* Assisting Regional Director & HR to source and onboard new talent;
* Leading sales meetings and managing the team(s) to an agreed revenue budget;
* Proactively manage team members' professional development, growth and performance identifying any skills gaps to tailor training appropriately;
* Working in partnership with group services to ensure compliance and operational excellence;
* Identifying training needs of team and team members and delivering effective, aligned training sessions.
Requirements
* A proven track record successfully leading and coaching a sales team to success
* Suitable for an experienced consultant or team leader looking to step up to run a growing office (3 team members)
* Tech savvy, solutions focused
* Modern leadership approach and philosophy geared toward upcoming generations of recruiters
