About the opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to lead the Courier Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in our Logistics and Operations division, while managing a national team responsible for the high standards of our courier services.
As the Head of Courier, you will oversee a diverse team, delivering exceptional courier and logistics services to our customers. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, profitability, and innovation, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Ideally, this role is based in Melbourne, but applications from candidates located in Sydney and Brisbane will also be considered. The successful candidate will be required to travel frequently due to the national footprint of our courier business.

About you
You are a strategic and results-driven leader with a passion for improving operational performance. You possess deep industry knowledge and a track record of driving transformational change.
You’ll also need
* Tertiary qualifications in logistics, business management, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale operations.
* In-depth understanding of financial management and HR practices.
* Extensive experience in a senior leadership role.
* Strong people management skills.
* Program management capability.
