We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role you will support the coordination and management of the design process across a range of construction projects, ensuring design documentation aligns with project requirements, programme and quality standards. You will work across multiple projects and ECI agreements before transitioning to site. You will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants and delivery teams to support design development and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Coordinating design documentation and supporting the design process across projects
* Liaising with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve design matters
* Reviewing drawings and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Supporting design meetings and maintaining design records and documentation
* Assisting with design changes, buildability and value engineering where required
About you
* Degree qualified in Architecture, Construction Management or similar
* Previous experience supporting design coordination on construction projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
* Understanding of construction methodology and documentation processes
