About The Role
* Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store, leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
* Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for customers to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
* Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
* Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty.
* Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
* Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
* Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
About You
* Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
* Have outstanding communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
* Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
