About the Role
Our organisation is seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team in the Children, Youth and Family Services Program.
This key role involves supporting Keyworkers in responding to the emotional and functional needs of young people, developing their personal skills, and providing administrative assistance.
The role requires working with children and young people who have experienced trauma, necessitating knowledge of child welfare policies and procedures.
You will need to have experience working in the community sector, particularly in residential care, home-based care, disability, family specialist, and family reunification.
