**Job Summary**:
As Change Management Lead, you will manage a team of professionals to leverage industry trends and best practices to ensure talent strategies meet business goals and remain competitive. You will provide oversight and set talent metrics on initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, organizational development, and change management to elevate organizational performance at Bechtel.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Manages a team of Organizational Development professionals
- Identifies and leverages industry trends and best practices to ensure organizational development approaches are current, effective, and meet business goals
- Works with business line leaders to identify opportunities to employ organizational development interventions proactively to maintain positive customer relationships
- Delivers OD interventions that assist internal clients with large-scale organization wide transformation efforts
- Consults with Business Development to prepare proposed Project Management Teams for assessment centers, customer presentations, discussions, and interviews during the bid process
- Consults with senior leaders to lead organizational design projects that address the changing needs of their organizations
- Other responsibilities as designated.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
