Remuneration: $109,247.00 – $147,108.00 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)

Senior Clinician – Team Lead – Infant Child, Youth & Family (ICYF)

Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol, Bloomfield Campus

About the role

Providing Clinical and Operational leadership the Team Leader is responsible for the Infant Child Youth & Family Team based in Orange and district services including the Getting On Track In Time (GOTIT) program. Overseeing high quality service delivery, providing guidance in triage, assessment, case formulation and treatment, and creating an environment of flexible practice and adaptive interventions with staff and external service providers.

Infant Child Youth & Family (ICYF) operate from Bloomfield Hospital, Orange. This consists of multidisciplinary teams working with young people up to age 18 with mental health challenges that are having a significant impact on their daily life. ICYF consists of services ranging from early intervention through to acute services. The Team partners with a range of health Services and other agencies who may include Department of Education, NSW Department of Communities & Justice, Headspace and other Government and non-Government agencies across the area.
