We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused HR & Mobilisation Coordinator to join a busy and growing team based in Ascot. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role works closely with management and operational teams to coordinate the mobilisation of personnel across multiple contracts, sites and projects, while providing general HR support.
Key Responsibilities
* Shortlisting, phone screening and scheduling interviews
* Coordinating medicals, training and VOCs
* Completing reference, compliance and eligibility checks
* Verifying licences, tickets and site requirements
* Preparing new starters for commencement
* Uploading and maintaining records in HRMS and client systems
* Managing inductions and ensuring timely completion
* Coordinating uniforms and PPE
* Ensuring onboarding and offboarding compliance
Essential Skills & Experience
* Extensive HR and mobilisation experience within the Mining & Resources sector (mandatory)
* Strong experience recruiting blue-collar roles (e.g. Riggers, Crane Operators, Boilermakers)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems including Assignar, Pegasus and Employment Hero (mandatory)
* Solid understanding of WHS, site compliance and operational requirements
