The Opportunity
The Account Coordinator plays a key role in our Digital Team, supporting Senior Account Managers on AAA clients, while managing a small portfolio of your own clients.
You'll help deliver campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Klaviyo – from planning and ad builds to optimisation and reporting.
This role is perfect for building foundational digital marketing skills, gaining client-management experience, and growing your career in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Senior Account Managers to support strategy execution, campaign management, client communication and onboarding.
Assist in setting KPIs and strategic direction for new and existing clients.
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo and other channels.
Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Identify growth opportunities and support client retention and satisfaction.
Service and manage end-to-end, 2–3 smaller client accounts independently, handling day-to-day communication, reporting and optimisation.
Brief creative teams to support campaign assets.
Analyse e-commerce and campaign data to inform continuous improvement.
Provide ad-hoc support to the Digital team when required; tracking sales targets, budget and amount spent across paid channels.
Assist in Klaviyo campaign builds for email campaigns and automations, as well as audience segmentation and audits.
Assist with Shopify changes where needed.
The Ideal candidate
You're an enthusiastic self-starter, eager to dive in and get your hands dirty across multiple verticals.
Curious, proactive and passionate about digital marketing, you're keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Adaptable and flexible, you have a love for beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries.
With excellent communication skills, you can build strong, professional client relationships and you embrace feedback as part of your growth.
This role is perfect for anyone looking to kick-start a career in performance marketing – whether you're fresh out of school or university, a couple of years into your career or 20.
