The Sales Development Partner plays a vital role in connecting people to our services that can support them to reach their full potential. This includes generating demand for our services, identifying new customer opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with local service teams to grow awareness and reputation for the organisation
* Generate demand for services and support new customers through the enquiry and sign-up process
* Maintain a consistent, structured, and efficient approach to achieving and exceeding targets while ensuring proper engagement and support for customers
* Identify opportunities for existing customers to access additional services where there are unmet service needs
* Build/maintain a strong network of relevant relationships and establish local partnerships to raise awareness and generate new leads
Requirements:
* A self-motivated individual with empathy and flexibility to work with various teams, customers, and business contacts
* In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS, and disability housing (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Well-organised and responsible with flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing environments and goals
* Capacity to work independently but also as a team player with a high level of dedication
* Passion, drive, and a competitive spirit to meet and exceed targets
Essential Qualification and Experience:
* Proven experience of achieving sales targets in a service environment
* Proven experience of identifying and nurturing new customer opportunities leading to increased sales
* Formal qualifications in business, certification/training in sales would be an advantage
