About the role:
As the General Sales Manager, you will take strategic leadership of the sales department, guiding a passionate team of Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional results. Your core responsibility will be to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability benchmarks, while upholding the premium BMW customer experience.
This role demands a balance of people leadership, process discipline, and commercial acumen. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our team consistently meets high standards across customer engagement, sales execution, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve performance targets.
* Drive excellence in the customer journey by upholding BMW's commitment to service quality.
* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets in line with BMW's premium standards.
* Implement and enforce structured sales processes and compliance with all policies and procedures.
* Ensure team-wide product expertise through coaching and training initiatives.
* Oversee sales administration and reporting to support accurate forecasting and decision-making.
* Collaborate with the broader management team to align sales efforts with dealership objectives.
* Support the sales team with customer interactions to ensure effective outcomes.
