Waverley BMW, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is looking for a motivated Used Vehicle Cadet to support the sales team and learn how to deliver a premium customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover.

About the role
As a Used Vehicle Cadet, you'll support the Used Vehicle Sales team while learning every stage of the vehicle sales process. You'll assist with customer enquiries, vehicle presentations, and administrative tasks, helping to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from first enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-ups.
* Assisting with vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements.
* Learning to understand customer needs and assisting in recommending suitable vehicles.
* Preparing and processing sales documentation under guidance.
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting dealership processes.
About you
You'll bring:
* A strong interest in starting a career in automotive sales.
* Excellent customer service skills or experience in a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A current Driver's Licence.
* A genuine enthusiasm for working with people and learning the sales process.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
