About This Opportunity
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide strategic cost management and commercial support to our projects across multiple phases, from inception through to completion.
* Develop detailed project feasibility reports, budgets, and cost estimates to inform business decisions.
* Lead cross-functional workshops to drive value engineering and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Oversee contract administration, including risk assessment and reporting.
* Maintain market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and optimize project outcomes.
