About The Opportunity

Our client is a well‐respected company within the logistics and transport sector, experiencing continued growth and they are now seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support both the commercial and operational teams by managing quoting, reporting, and coordination activities in a fast‐paced environment based at their Port of Brisbane site.

Role

In this position you will play an important role in supporting both operational and commercial functions through a variety of coordination and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

* Overseeing the pricing inbox and preparing accurate customer quotations
* Assisting the sales team with customer follow‐ups and day‐to‐day communication
* Generating a range of internal and client‐facing reports using Excel and AOS data sources
* Designing presentation materials and monthly performance summaries using PowerPoint or Canva
* Recording detailed meeting notes, tracking agreed actions and monitoring progress
* Providing coverage for team members during planned leave periods
* Ensuring all internal systems are kept up to date with accurate records and data entry
* Responding to ad‐hoc reporting requests and administrative needs raised by senior staff

Skills & Experience

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Bring

* Previous exposure to freight, logistics or transport environments (preferred but not essential)
* Solid Excel capability, including working with formulas, pivot tables and reporting functions
* Confidence creating polished presentations via PowerPoint and/or Canva
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and documentation standards
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
