We are looking for an energetic and proactive Team Leader to lead, train and motivate our team of Sales Agents. The successful candidate will be crucial in navigating an established team in generating new business for both residential and commercial services while upholding our high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead the daily operations of the sales team, providing hands-on coaching, skill development, and performance management to maximiseindividual and collective results.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales plans and processes to drive lead generation, territory growth, and successful closing of new contracts.
Performance Accountability:
Monitor key sales metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions and incentives to ensure team targets are met or exceeded.
Customer Relationship Management:
Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly in presenting our products.
Operational Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with Service Managers and Technical Teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and sustained customer satisfaction.
Culture:
Drive staff retention by fostering an environment where every individual is empowered to grow and achieve their full potential.

Leadership Experience:
Proven experience managing, supervising or leading a high-performing team.

A verifiable track record of personally meeting and coaching a team to exceed challenging targets.
Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding ability to communicate persuasively, handle objections effectively and serve as a professional representative of the company.
Drive & Motivation:
A self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives on coaching others to success and building a solid team culture.
System prowess:
Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
Roster flexibility:
Ability to work a rotating roster Mon to Sat
