Just Focus Pty Ltd is a trusted Australian-owned facility management company, delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services across commercial, government, education, housing, and healthcare sites nationwide.
We're expanding our cleaning team across Far North Queensland as we prepare to commence a new contract in the Cairns and Innisfail regions. We're seeking experienced, flexible, and well-presented cleaners and contractors who can support ongoing and on-call work across multiple sites.
About the Role
We're looking to build a pool of reliable casual and specialist cleaners across Cairns, Innisfail, Tully, Mission Beach, Cardwell, and nearby areas.
Work will include housing infrastructure cleaning in Cairns, accommodation cleaning at a university site in Innisfail, and other specialised cleaning tasks across North Queensland.
You'll need to be equipped with your own cleaning tools and materials, ready to attend on-call and short-notice work as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general, detailed, and accommodation cleaning across a range of client sites
* Support housing infrastructure cleaning projects in Cairns
* Carry out specialised cleaning services such as mould remediation, biohazard, or crime scene cleaning (where qualified)
* Follow strict WHS and infection control procedures
* Use appropriate cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE safely and effectively
* Ensure high cleaning standards and client satisfaction
About You
* Proven cleaning experience (commercial, housing, or accommodation)
* Experience with specialised cleaning highly regarded
* Must have own cleaning tools, chemicals, and PPE
* Reliable, professional, and flexible for on-call and short-notice work
* Able to travel to nearby towns when required (Tully, Mission Beach, Cardwell)
* Well-presented with strong communication and attention to detail
* Current driver's licence and own transport essential
