Each year, we rescue 450 tonnes of clothing from landfill, give opportunities to 5000 volunteers, and generate funds to help Red Cross support vulnerable people in Australia and around the world. About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchandise Sorter to join us in our store’s production area and work as part of a great team. Daily responsibilities include grading, categorising, and packing a large volume of donated and new clothing and accessories. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for quality, strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet production targets. You will also have the opportunity to support and guide volunteers while contributing to a sustainable retail operation that helps make a positive impact in the community.
