About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and service-driven Hospitality Team Leader to support the daily operations of our commercial cafes and catering services on a full time basis. Reporting to the Hospitality Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality food and beverage delivery, smooth service operations and a memorable customer experience for residents, vistors and clients.
This hands-on position suits a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys coaching others and takes pride in maintaining high standards across food safety, presentation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily cafe and catering operations, including food preparation, barista service, delivery and pos tasks.
* Coordinate catering orders, production, packaging and timely delivery.
* Act as the main contact for residents and customer feedback, requests and service issues.
* Lead, coach and support hospitality staff while assisting with training and maintaining quality presentation.
* Work collaboratively with hospitality leaders and rostering to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Overseestock control, procurement, food safety compliance, hygiene standards and general cleaning requirements.
* Participate in quality assurance, performance management, staff development and uphold all organisational policies and safety procedures.
