Due to steady growth, they are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and play a key role in driving quality outcomes on-site.
About the Role
This is more than just a supervisory role, it's an opportunity to lead with purpose and take full ownership of projects from site mobilisation through to handover. As Site Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring construction runs smoothly, teams are supported, and clients are kept in the loop every step of the way.
You'll work closely with both internal staff and trusted subcontractors to deliver homes that exceed expectations, on time, on budget, and with a focus on lasting quality.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
On-Site Leadership
* Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial and residential construction projects
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and timelines
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance
* Build rapport with clients, consultants, and site teams
* Prepare sites for handover with meticulous attention to detail
Scheduling & Project Management
* Use construction software to track progress and keep stakeholders updated
* Maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and reporting
* Monitor procurement and cost control in line with budgets
Team Development & Safety
* Provide clear direction, coaching, and site inductions
* Ensure all team members uphold safety and quality standards
* Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings
* Respond to incidents and proactively manage risk
Maintenance & Compliance
* Oversee the use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and vehicles
* Ensure all equipment registers and safety documents are up to date
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial and residential building
* Background in carpentry or similar trade with strong technical skills
* Natural leader with a hands-on, solution-focused mindset
* Skilled in managing people, schedules, and budgets simultaneously
* Strong working knowledge of WHS standards and compliance
* Excellent communicator with a genuine, down-to-earth approach
* Confident with project management software and digital tools
