About the Role: We're on the lookout for a reliable and self-motivated Field Service Technician – Hygiene to join a national service provider. This mobile role involves visiting multiple customer sites daily to service and replenish hygiene equipment and supplies.
You'll typically visit 15–20 customer sites per day, depending on your route and the volume at each stop. You'll enjoy the freedom of working independently, managing your schedule, and delivering top-notch service to regular clients.
You'll be working in both male and female washrooms, ensuring hygiene products are stocked, functioning, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
* Refill soap dispensers, hand sanitiser units, and air fresheners
* Replace feminine hygiene and nappy disposal bins (remove waste liner, clean and insert new one)
* Servicing of Clinical Waste & Sharps
* Deliver and replenish paper towel and toilet paper supplies
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Take the company van home and plan your route efficiently
What We're Looking For:
* Valid C-class (automatic) driver's licence
* Physically fit – able to lift waste bags up to 15kg
* Experience in either cleaning, housekeeping or public service attendant
* Reliable, self-driven, and able to work independently
* Customer-focused attitude with strong time management skills
* Able to pass a Criminal History Check and Pre-Employment Medical
