Rebel Waurn Ponds needs a Store Manager who loves the chaos, in the best way. We're looking for an experienced Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager from big box retail or supermarkets, ready to step up. Someone who's sales driven, loves being on the floor, not stuck in the office. You coach. You motivate. You get results through people. You'll bring strong business acumen and sharp time management. You know how to balance pace, profit and people. You thrive in high‑foot‑traffic environments and stay calm when it’s busy. Because here, it’s always busy. Footwear experience is highly valued. Not essential. But definitely a plus.

Qualifications
To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have:
* Retail management experience.
* A track record of leading by example and delivering top‑tier customer service.
* A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
* Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
