Airblast Australia is a leading supplier of surface preparation and coating equipment, servicing a wide range of industrial customers across Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our Queensland team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with technical products, and being part of a small, supportive team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while also developing new business opportunities throughout Queensland. The role includes a mix of office‑based work, customer visits, and collaboration with our operations and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an existing customer base
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities
* Prepare quotes and follow up leads in a timely manner
* Conduct customer visits and site inspections where required
* Undertake frequent travel for customer visits and business development
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
* Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
About You
* Previous experience in sales (industrial, technical, or equipment sales highly regarded)
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to sales
* Comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
* Current driver's licence
* Must have Australian work rights
