Duties and Responsibilities
 * Hospital Switchboard Operations – Answering calls and providing information in a clear and concise manner.
 * Management of Hospital Paging System – Coordinating and managing the hospital paging system to ensure timely and effective communication.
 * Receipt and Management of Emergency Codes – Processing emergency codes and coordinating responses accordingly.
 * Providing Patient Enquiry Information – Accurately providing patient information to support efficient care delivery.
Selection Criteria
 * Experience in a healthcare environment
 * High level communication and organisational skills
 * Strong computer literacy
 * Sound typing skills
 * Previous experience in a switchboard setting
